Field Technician I |
| Location: Tomball, TX |
| Responsibilities will include: |
- Performing MAC and Service on
various phone systems and related
equipment.
- Installation, diagnosing, and
servicing Cat3, Cat5e, Cat6, Coax, and
Fiber cabling.
- Assist senior technician with field
work which includes troubleshooting,
installations, and cabling.

Field Technician II |
| Location: Tomball, TX |
| Responsibilities will include: |
- Performing MAC and Service on
various phone systems and related
equipment.
- Installation, diagnosing, and
servicing Cat3, Cat5e, Cat6, Coax, and
Fiber cabling.
- Programming and troubleshooting
phone system software.

| Requirements |
- Minimum 3 years experience in the
industry.
- Certification Required. NEC or
Samsung is preferable. Provide
copies of certifications for
verification.
- Knowledge of VoIP (Voice over
Internet Protocol) systems and concepts.
Applicant must have excellent
customer communication skills with a "Can
Do" attitude, work well with customers and
with co-workers with an attention to detail
and organization.
Will be on-call after hours and on
weekends on a rotating basis. |
